explicitly remove useragentserviceconnector dns lookup, effectively removed on a previus commit. This should not be needed with required mono versions and proper configured DNS (that must honour short TTL needed by dynamic DNS ); add some uri validation

Change warns associated with UserAgentServiceConnector to debugs, as this is not necessarily a problen with the source simulator (e.g. someone else's remote simulator cannot be contacted).

HG Friends: reroute the status notifications to the HGFriends service, so that they can scale better. They were previously being handled by the UAS; that is still there, but it's now obsolete and will be removed in a future release.
