Moved ChildAgentDataUpdate data structures from OpenSim.Region.Framework.Scenes back to OpenSim.Framework, so they can be referenced more broadly. This commit involves a change in prebuild.xml, because ChildAgentDataUpdate uses OpenMetaverse.StructuredData. Still no use of this data structure, though.
