  MW 2755f6b891 Applied patch from Mantis #3817, which fixes a error when using MSSQL. I don't use MSSQL so couldn't test this myself. But there was certainly duplicated instructions in these files...which this patch fixes. Thanks Grumly57 15 tahun lalu
